Bandabord Belt Conveyor Systems

The Bandabord range of belt conveyor systems are designed for use for steep inclines in small spaces and can even carry material at 90º.

TUSA has applied the excellent results of the tubular and modular truss frame of the CM range to the production of the Bandabord belt conveyor systems. In this way, the main advantages of the range are maintained, which are affordability and low maintenance costs, as well as structural lightness, great rigidity and sturdiness.

The conveyor belt that TUSA has incorporated into these units has sidewalls and perpendicular flights or cleats. These belts offer a high degree of flexibility by allowing transition from horizontal to vertical transport.

The Bandabord conveyors are designed according to customer specifications and can incorporate the same standard equipment as the CM range. TUSA is also able to use its proven experience in the manufacture of belt conveyors to design Bandabord conveyors with a frame made of folded steel profiles, steel tubing or U-channels.
