Reciprocating Feeders

TUSA reciprocating feeders are for raw material feeding and, mainly, for feeding in reclaim tunnels. These feeders are solidly built and can be suspended or supported on the ground with legs, and have an access platform for maintenance.

This feeder is designed to dispense aggregates sized 180mm or greater at a rate of 300 tonnes per hour.

It has a system of push rods for manual adjustment of the load in the feeder, and changing the position of the connecting rod on the eccentric drive plate controls flowrate. A frequency converter can also be incorporated.

The feeding trough, which is lined with wear-resistant plates, is moved on three rollers fixed to bearing housings, which ensures smooth and even movement.
