Dewatering Screens
Dewatering screens are units driven by vibrators whose main purpose is to remove the water retained by washed materials in order to improve their quality.
Their operation is similar to that of an aggregate screen, although with the difference in the direction of their incline. The output of dewatering screens is slightly higher than their load.
TUSA designs and manufactures its dewatering screens with a rigid frame made of folded steel profiles and reinforcements. The vibrating motion is achieved by two vibrators with masses rotating in opposite directions. The dewatering sieve plates are made of polyurethane, and they can be replaced by sectors.
