Belt Feeders

Belt feeders and dispensers ensure continuous material dispensing. They are designed for fine and medium materials with sizes up to 180mm. They are particularly useful when total control is required over the volume of material to be processed.

The feed rate can be adjusted by means of layer height. In addition, the entire TUSA range of belt feeders can be fitted with an electronic frequency converter to control belt speed.

TUSA belt feeders are driven by an electric geared motor unit: 2hp for the 125m3 model with a belt speed of 21m/min, and 3hp for the 250m3 model with a speed of 44m/min.

The strong chassis of the belt feeder allows it to be bolted under the hopper or positioned directly on the ground.

Our belt feeders have all the advantages of the equipment manufactured by TUSA : machined metal, convex-crown pulleys; shock-absorbing idlers on the carrying side; scrapers on both pulleys; and guards.
