Vehicle Unloading Belt Conveyor System

This belt conveyor designed by TUSA engineers combines several different functions in the same unit: It allows the direct and simultaneous unloading of the one or two vehicles onto the conveyor, and uniformly dispenses material for subsequent processes, avoiding the need for stock piles, intermediate hoppers or use of mechanical loaders.

The loading area section of the conveyor is horizontal, allowing the material from the vehicles to be unloaded directly onto the conveyor belt, which is supported by a large number of shock-absorbing idlers. Retention and channelling of the material is ensured by sidewalls of the appropriate height and strength for each type of material.

The inclined section of the conveyor reaches the necessary discharge height in each case.

For ease of movement within the work site, the conveyor is mounted on pneumatic wheels and fitted with a drawbar.
